Big campaign for World Children's Day

Shortly before the fall vacations, the time had finally come: we celebrated World Children's Day under the motto: "All children have rights". So it was a colorful day... learning, laughing, but also playing: a really eventful day!

After a brief introduction to the topic of children's rights by their class teachers, the day got underway with a variety of creative, sporting and educational projects: painting stones with children's rights, window paintings on children's rights, the right to a name, children's rights on the World Wide Web and a panel discussion for the older pupils. The right to play was not neglected either, as there was a bouncy castle and soccer darts. There was plenty of fun to be had there. At the end, the pupils were able to proudly present their results to the entire school community. The absolute highlight: A pennant chain with children's rights, which has adorned the school entrance ever since.

We would like to thank our many committed parents, the school's support association and the Lions Club Daun, who supported our project day financially.
